Lord General Castor Voice Pack

描述
Adds a voice pack of Lord General Castor from Warhammer 40k Dawn of War II - Retribution.

Mod makes use of over 100 voice lines, with most major options covered.

If you find any errors with this mod, or find voicelines that don't seem contextually appropriate, I would appreciate you dropping a comment about them so I can make necessary changes.

Updated the description saying both Lord Commissar and DoW2 guardsman lines are incoming about an hour or so ago. Commissar lines are coming up first along with probably this mod expanding to fill a couple more voice cues.
