Less Ice on Maps

Basically, this mod tames the default ice generator within the game.

Unique versions of the following maps are included in this mod: Continents, Pangaea, Small Continents, and Archipelago. They're exactly the same as the default ones, except that they contain a small, modified function for generating ice plots.

The new ice function generates, at most, 3 rows of ice on the top and bottom of the map. The very top and bottom rows always generate a full row of ice within water tiles. The water tiles in the next row have a 60% chance of being ice. The water tiles in the last row have a 20% chance of being ice, only if it isn't adjacent to land.

The only other tweak is that snow and tundra terrain regions have been slightly shifted more towards the poles by 0.1 (equator = 0; poles = 1.0) to improve the aesthetic look of the map since ice has been reduced.

Some benefits:

1) The ability to traverse the waters near the polar regions more often.

2) Much less waste of map resources trapped within the ice.

3) Improved area fertility for coastal cities within the tundra/snow. (Less ice and trapped resources which cannot be improved.)

4) With snow and tundra shifted slightly towards the poles, there's slightly more fertile terrain available on land.
