Combined Overhaul

Due to the many great mods that are produced for stellaris and the need to subscribe all of them and all your friends that require the very same mods to play multiplayer, i compiled my favourite mods into one.

I did not create any of the used assets and Honors go to the respective Authors (and all the people haveing a part in meddling with it)

Mods used, merged and revised for working with 1.4.1
