About the model
I was looking to replace a 4x4 commercial lvl 3 in my theme and noticed there's not many commercial buildings in the workshop. Hence, this building. This model has about 3653 tris and a 2048x512 texture , with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, alpha, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 96 tris with a 512x128 texture, with a diffuse, color, specular, and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.


About the building
The Kearns Building was named after a former U.S. senator from Utah named Thomas Kearns (1862–1918). Kearns worked his way up from the low-labor position of “mucker” in the Park City mines, finally striking it rich in his Silver King mine. Active in politics, he ran a successful bid for the U.S. Senate. Aware of his lack of education, he once confessed, “As you know, I am no orator. I am but a plain, blunt business man. What I lack in oratory I will try to make up in action.”
