This is a camo version of the vagabund jacket and an optional part of the outfit I created (Military Outfit by P4R4S)

Unfortunately Im not able to controll if the camo of the outfit is matching to 100% but if I watch the parts in the workshop it seems to be close.

because it's a opened jacket you can also equip a shirt or tank top - for example my military shirt ;) but unhappily there are only six slots for cloth and armor what means you have a very limited selection :(
