描述
Liberating a region will deactivate one tactical dark event.

COIN Research (tactical dark event creation) now follows the same creation rule as COIN Ops: they can only be made in alien controlled regions that have been contacted, not uncontacted ones.

The .ini may be further edited to allow dark events to be forcibly disabled.

To edit how long a dark event is allowed to last (and to disable the force cancellation feature on new campaigns) and other settings, go to (wherever XCOM 2 is installed)\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\854420428\Config\XComDarkEvents.ini

Just adding to the people asking you to update this for LWOTC. It currently crashes the game if you liberate a second region
