(GM/Game Master Required)

Its like Regular UNO but you cant see the opponents Hand and can choose to not say UNO when not down to one card. If you do say UNO your safe from being called on but you let your opponents know your down to your last card. If someone Calls they didnt say UNO onto another player and that other player is indeed down to there last card and didint call UNO (With the GM there to confirm it) they get 2 cards as a result just like regular UNO. If someone Calls you on not saying UNO and it turns out you have more then 1 card (And the GM confirms it) the opponent who called you on it instead gets a 4 Card Penalty as the result. If you call UNO when you dont have just 1 Card, The GM then has to tell everyone hes not down to his last Card and ishue a 2 Card penelty for misinformation.
