The Garrison,and the Recruitable Onna Bushi has a different stats.

Anti-Cavalry : 10
Armor : 6
Morale : 12
Campaign Movement Point : 0
-Recruitable Onna Bushi
Women : 100
Attack : 16
Charge : 16
Defense : 10
Anti-Cavalry : 10
Armor : 6
Morale : 10
Campaign Movement Point : 5
Cost : 700
Upkeep : 50

The Idea is Onna Bushi was only for defense,and that's why they have a good stats,and can be massed,but can't be sent to the battlefield as fast as possible.

I've noticed though that the Ikko are unable to train them. Is there a chain of buildings needed to unlock them?

While I do like this mod, my main complaint about this is the fact that on the campaign map it makes any army with the unit basically useless as it massively slows it down.
