- Gimp + DDS plugin for uploads
- Adobe Photoshop for gold textures
- WTV for viewing DDS files

Adds several new categories of flags in the traditional Stellaris gold format, as well as user suggested images. While this mod was a great time to make, I no longer have access to the source code and am relatively busy in college. Definitely cool to see it get as much traffic as it has, but I am not longer taking requests or submissions and the mod won't be updated.
