Could the balance change be patched in instead of overwriting BaseFilth, for better compatibility with other mods?

the reason filth has been changed and is important for this mod is that a single piece of dirt in a smaller room has a much larger impact than in larger rooms and with this mod letting rooms be smaller its important to adjust that field so your coloniest dont constantly go into depression because theres 1 or 2 dirt spots in these smaller rooms, its obviously more of an impact with the main mod, but its important to have that balance on this version as well. though i understand if want try this without it.
