Q: Can I request [a skin]?
A: Yes, you can, ask me or NinjaScout about it. But sometimes Ninja might not accept the request for a good reason, and depending on the skin's difficulty, it may take a few, so don't rush him. (Suggestions also work btw...)

Q: Where can I get TDMCars?
A: They are available around Workshop or at TDMCCars SVN

Q: How do you make a skin?
A: That will actually be a long explanation, so you'll need to look for these kinds of tutorials in Google.

Q: What program is used for the skins?
A: Paint.NET. Other than that you can also use Photoshop or Gimp to create your skins.
