描述
Russian apartment house type II-18-9 made ploppable for RICO mod. Residential high. Placement width is smaller than the building for placing shops on the sides, like its often the case in real life.
First time making RICO stuff, so please tell me if you have some problems with it.

Model ported from google earth by Lexa B (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=fd83a1ae980b0eb72c39d824d679e724).

Дом типа ИИ-18-9. Ширина расположения меньше, чем само здание, чтобы легче с боков располагать магазины, которые там обычно стоят в реале. Первый раз делаю для Rico, поэтому пишите, если какие ошибки.

Cool, good work :steamhappy:. Would be great if you could make 10 floors (11 levels) and 4 floors (5 levels) units as that would be the most common type in Poland, Czech Rep. and Hungary. Also the single entrance towers which are mostly 12 floors (13 levels) or 15 floors (16 levels) would be cool.
