Uclip Alternative Noclip (Admin Edition)

描述
Uclip is a noclip alternative. By this we mean it's similar but different in the fact that you can't noclip
through anything but your own props (If you're running a prop protection). So, you can't noclip through the
world or through others' props. Admins can still noclip through everything.

*Note* This is Admin Edition which lets admins noclip through everything. If you want everyone to not be able to noclip through the world get this version instead: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=850869193

Possibility of Uclip SWEP toggle?

Maybe make it an SWEP to switch between admin mode and not admin mode.

Also @Locky: Uclip admin works automatically, and is unidentifiable if you're running single player mode as you become the admin. If you're in single player, or are a host of an multiplayer server, you WILL clip through everything just like normal noclip.
