描述


A new map for deathrun will work with any version of deathrun! A great map for any deathrun server!


There has been a huge lack in metroid themed content on the workshop therfore I decided it was time for me to design a new deathrun map as well as make it themed on Metroid Prime.



Leave all feedback below especially positive feed back! LEAVE A THUMBS UP IF YOU ARE A METROID FAN! If not Still give a THUMBS UP.



Here are the features:

45 Runner spawns

10 Death Spawns

Ripped Textures from Metroid Prime

Chozo Ruins Theme (Enabled by breaking music box in runner spawn)

18 Traps

4 Minigames

Minigames:

Bhop
Prop Avoidance
Punishment
Deathmatch


REQUIREMENTS:
==============================================================================
You may need to install CSS however most of this map includes textures from Metroid Prime. So any missing textures should be minimal.

not sure what you mean, just rip them out with gcfscape or use dolphin to export the ones you need while playing prime

How can I find the map textures via menu extension?

you would need to edit the map in some way. You could use entspy to remove the entities that cause this, or you can decompile it and just edit it. Honestly I dont care if people wanna rip into this ancient map of mine.

How do I disable the player physics changes? I don't want to run super fast or have small jumps

I really hope Gmod gets more Metroid content, especially considering Metroid Dread came out recently.

I like it! Hopefully you might make areas for the other parts of the game like phendrana drifts or magmoor caverns. It's really cool how you incorporated the incinerator drone into this!

Well maybe to save time and patience, try making the map little by little, bit by bit, or you know just start small with making the map, and work your way up to finishing it. You can use Gmod textures if you want, just I don't have CCS so yea... just a suggestion

I know, not everything is possible, but the most one can do if something is difficult is to try.
Just try not to make it require CSS because why pay for a game just to get its skinpack when you arent even gona play it? Not trying to be rude, srry
