-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2x4 Level 4 high residential building
-1746 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-50 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
-This building is from Prague

I would advice to take a look at the building themes Mod and create your own theme with that
