The Pyroland Goggles are their own seperate item already in the game, I just used them for editing purposes.

That's exactly what it is.
All you need to do is use the Bone Merger Tool to merge this to the Pyro's head.

Yeah, sometimes makes it a real pain to try take pics of though, I had to re-render each image a few times so the flames didn't just look like blobs of orange.
