Blank Bombs! Blinding blasts.

Bombs that destory every bullet on screen, perfect for those times when you're in a bad spot on Hush or Mega Satan! Also slows enemy for a short time to make their next bullets come out slower. You can find these in Treasure rooms and from Bomb Beggers.

Synergies with Bobs Brain, Epic Fetus and such are working!

Ok, thats 100% GOTTA BE an Enter The Gungeon reference. No way it's anything else. It all lines up, the blue bomb color, the tear destroyal even the NAME (Gungeon: Blanks, Isaac: Blank bombs) match up! I appreciate the idea though :)

im curious, would it be possible to make a similar effect to this, but in a smaller range, as a synergy between lost contact and dr fetus?

hey can you make this item to me i should be really glad ^^ fairy a magical item that make isaac fly like a beautiful butterfly and shot tears that explode and create fire
