Medical Prescription

描述
Add a new passive item, the medical prescription.

It's avaliable in shop, and when bought it replace the current pill pool with its own pool.

Currently include 15 pills :
Red Is Blue : Switch red hearts and soul hearts
Gold Fever : Midas effect on enemies in the room, and a chance to morph pickups to their golen version
Damage Up? : Not reliable, but it's maybe damage, you have to take it, right?
Pitch Black : A few seconds of darkness
Ephemerol : Scan your ennemies brains until they explode
Shot Speed Up : It's a shot speed up
Shot Speed Down : It's a +10 damage up. Just kidding, it's a shot speed down
Homeopathy : Does it have an effect?
Sleeping pill : No energy
Enlarge Your Tears : Big tears, high damage in current room
Small Tears : Small tears, low damage in current room
Hemophiliac : Drop random hearts when hit a few times
Awareness Up : You are now more aware of your surroundings
Technophobia : The next Arcade machine, Fortune Teller or Blood Donation Machine you'll encounter will explode
Technophilia : Repair broken Arcade Machine, Fortune Teller or Blood Donation Machine in the current room

Feel free to report any issue or ideas about the pills.

If you want the item in starting room instead of shops, edit main.lua file in the mod folder, search for "local debug_start = false", and replace false by true.

Known issues :
- Some old pills sometimes remain in the pool
- There are not enough good pills for PHD or Virgo
- Effects of the previous run are applied for a short amont of time when using Continue/Reset

Perhaps you could have cyanide drain health unless you can pick up a health pickup of any type (Normal, soul, black, white, halves, doubles, whatever) and then to balance it out, add a pill that gives you enough soul hearts to max out your health, and make them both INCREDIBLY RARE.

Maybe cyanide would slowly drain your health until you find a heart?

I'm open to suggestions for pills, this particular one feels maybe a bit to negative. That's an effect that might prevent me from taking pills, particulary with this item as the pool is smaller.

Sadly, no. I can do it until a certain point where the current API, to my knowledge, does not let me customize things.

I've pushed an update a few hours ago that slightly change pills on the ground after you take the item : they are fliped on an X axis, a bit darker, and i've added a small rotation but on the sprite but i'll probably remove it, it does not look good. The thing is once Isaac hold a pill, I cannot find a way to change how they are displayed.

Would you be able to replace pills with "pill-like" drops? I mean like how Starter Deck replaces pills with cards, maybe your item replaces regular game pills with another skin of your choosing. That might be a way to get around the pill thing - have your pills drop in place of them.

That's a really good idea. I'll see if I can do somthing. This is not easy because we cannot interract with pills directly, only with their effects. But i'll try something.

Would be super cool if the pills gained a unique look to them afterward. Even something as simple as them being horizontal, or a different shape.
