rp_downtown_fade_v3

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE VMF

rp_downtown_fade_v3 is an edit of rp_downtown_fade_v2, which is a heavily changed Evilmelon edit. v2 was made by/for Fade Gaming (rest in peace :( ). v3 is an edit kindly made by Fade for Poseidon servers.

The main changes from evilmelon are:
- A total reskin
- A larger PD with underground carpark
- A larger, nicer bank
- A new industrial addition
- A large mine
- A changed "farmhouse area".
- An "admin room"

The changes between v2 and v3 of downtown_fade are:
- Most of the branding has been removed
- The disco/club is now a casino

I need to emphasis that I (Bat) had nothing to do with the creation of this map, all the hard work was done by Fade and Joshman (seen in contributors). I simply uploaded it for him.
