-3x2 Level 3 high residential corner building
-1910 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)

-This Building is from Leipzig

I love the model.
I did have a question: You show 2 mirrored versions but when I try to place it with Plop the Growables I can only find the version on the left side of the road. And I would LOVE to have the mirrored version in my city.

Commercial will come at some point. You can create your own Ricos using the rico mod, all my models are supplied with the nessesary thumbnails (just pls dont upload them ;) ), it just a few clicks (but you have to restart so I advice to create a bunch of ricos before restarting to speed up progress)

Feindbild: I have a request for you. When I zone my european zones in the game I often make corners commercial. This is to simulate the kind of mixed zoning which is pretty common in europe, either with commercial spaces in bottom floors or just plain commercial buildings next to plazas and important roads.
So, is it possible for you to create more of your corner buildings as commercial aswell, and/or make them into RICO ploppables?
