YEAH ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!! ITS IN THE GAME!!

A Mod that realized the Idea by Ashklain on reddit:

Adds an Item, "Buddy in a box".
When picked up, Grants Isaac a random baby using any co-op baby sprite at random. Its stats are randomly chosen when picked up. When finishing a floor, the baby will be fully randomized again.

This is probably my most favorite feature from all the Booster Packs. It isn't exactly powerful, but I'll pick it over most of the shop items in a heartbeat. Great job.
