I felt that the original witch seemed incredibly bland. She didn't look all that dangerous.
Wouldn't you expect her to be covered in blood from all the people she has sliced up?

Now she will.

Updates:

Made the hair fit with the rest of the body a bit more.

Added some blood to hair, arms, and face.

I see where your coming from, but she's supposed to look less dangerous to trick players into thinking she's less dangerous.
