Guv's Chaos Feral Manticore/Harpy lord skill fix

Long time no see guys!

Upon a rare chance while playing Chaos I wanted to make a warbeast/monster army with one of my lords. I started to skill the "Freakish Mutations" Skill and I noticed that my manticores were untouched. Rubbing my head I decided to fix this problem myself and make sure they get the mutated buffs they deserve.

Basically this mod makes the Feral Manticores gain the Freakish Mutations buff.

Also edits the Skill effect text in the Skill Tree (check images).

Should definitely be Savegame compatible!

[EDIT 02-28]: Affects Harpies aswell!

@ZakCasey23 Sorry for not fixing the issue. I've just been very out of modding recently. I'll propably make a small, seperate mod for the Forsaken. Perhaps I put them as a bigger update for Legions of Doom skill or something. get a nice chunk of charge bonus as well or something. They need that if you as me. They're *cough* garbage *cough*

@ZakCasey23 that is actually kind of true. They do not gain bonuses from any lord skill so far. I'll check up on it

Thank you so much for this mod, as I encountered the exact same issue. However I have a small request and would be so grateful. Forsaken are also exempt from being buffed by the skill, which is bizarre in my opinion since they're clearly monstrous. Could you add Forsaken to being buffed by the skill as well please?

Updated, now affects Harpies aswell!

The leadership reducion right? Well I'm not gaming Vampire counts. I have never really found them entertaining haha!
