Exit Postal 2
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\841654450\Textures
Copy all files inside 841654450\Textures
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\Textures
Paste the files from 841654450\Textures
Be sure to copy the old files into a folder for later if you don't like the new textures
