Small Modern Home-BA

A beautiful, classic, small modern home. This base is made of steel blocks and glass. This sleek, modern, black and white home has multiple entrances, open concept floors, and a small covered parking area (car shown in images is not included, but if you want it, search for Bee-HV in my workshop and repaint it). There is also an additional large parking area on the roof with repair bay. Crafting areas are on the main floor. Lounging, atm, and o2/medic stations are on the second floor, with roof access via elevator. Enjoy the wonderful views from the balcony. This house was designed after Rizzials Small Modern House, it was structurally tweaked and redesigned by me to fit into Empyrion. Credit to Rizzial . Enjoy:)
