The Bone Bundle

Have you ever felt like The Bind of Isaac just needed a little something, but just couldn't put your finger on it? Well, have I got a surprise for you! This mod adds a grand total of 3 bone related items, and your very own, unique Bonehead transformation that's sure to give you a skele-TON of entertainment!


Bone Meal - "Bone Appetite!"

Gives Isaac 2 bone hearts and makes him shoot out bones in retaliation upon being hit.


Calcium - "Strong bones!"

A very generic stat boost, Damage Up and a bone heart!


Skimpy - "...or what's left of him!"

A friendly skull familiar that has a chance to drop a bone heart every room that you don't take damage!


If you manage to get 3 bone-related items, you get the unique Bonehead transformation, which gives you an additional soul heart and bone tears! If that's not enough, enemy Boneys will no longer attack you.

Skeleton Key, Death's Touch, Host Hat, Compound Fracture, Brittle Bones and Jaw Bone, as well as these new items trigger the Bonehead transformation. Trinkets that cause the transformation are Cursed Skull, Rib of Greed, Wish Bone and Finger Bone.
