It's normal for the head to be split from the rest of the model in gamebryo games, and about the textures, skyrim's textures work a little differently from source's, so you have to adjust some things, like for the diffuse you have to adjust contrast and brightness, and for the bump maps, I at least, use a bump generator to bake a bump out of the diffuse, it generally works.

I had tried but i can't seem to get her files complete, like her head is seperated and her textures are broken.

Plus this one that I had half-ported is not using the leather outfit model.

Can't you just download her from nexus and import into your 3d modelling software with an .nif importer or something? I only have a half-ported model on my drive, the original files are gone.

though if it's possible calibrating, could you try porting the leather outfit-Selene kate model for me, I just need the files, you don't need to rig it or anything

Mr. Calibratin, you were involved with a project involving Selene-Kate acouple years back. I wante d to know if you had the files for that, or source files.
