描述
Won the Premier League and the Champions League in the same season, with Southampton, using this tactic. Currently on a 62 match unbeaten run in the Premier League.

I train Team Coherence and Match tactics. Leave opponent instructions empty. They mess up the tactic.

When playing a stronger opponent I sometimes activate "Get stuck in" and close down some more to quickly regain possession.

FOR BETTER RESULTS CHANGE YOUR RIGHT MIDFIELDER FROM AP TO BBM AND CHANGE HIS INSTRUCTIONS AS FOLLOWS.

Shoot less often, tackle harder, mark tighter and more risky passes.

This doesn't work at all. Hardly no shots on target, Bookings all the time. Very poor

haha, red card every game, 70%/30% + 30 shots but 0 goal plz don't work very well

Really enjoyed using your tactic in FM17 and was wondering if there will be a remake for FM18 as there are no good 4-2-3-1 tactics.

Seems to work fine with home games, with my West Ham I struggle a lot when playing away, and it does not matter whether opponent is strong or not.

@Leonardo :Thanks. Glad you like it. I Always make sure that the player for a given position has high (15+) in as many key attributes as possible.
