That's why I usually used 8 or 9 m instead of 12. And for slope i try not to got over 16m long for 1m high (6.25%).

because that slops must realistic and gently. its require more space. scale for cities skylines diferent than the real world. i must rise 12m lengh at 3m high for goo slopes

Didnt realise it was the Chicago turbine, because there is not the avenue square around it, and it is 2 times bigger than the real one ^^
