[2.2.2] Brazilian Namelist

This mod adds brazilian names for your naming needs!
Ever felt like pretending to be a brazilian just to say "gibe energy pls i war u huehauehaeuaheuah"?
No? Well, now you do.

This mod adds:
- 132 ship names. (Names from real brazilian navy ships.)
- 300 planet names. (Names from the 300 most populous cities.)
- 140 names (70 M + 70 F) plus 70 surnames. (Regnal names are the same as common names.)
- AI will not use the name list.
- This is a minor thingy, but you that use another language other than english for your stellaris, the name list title comes with all the official languages, example if you're playing in portuguese, instead of it saying "Brazilian", it will say "Brasileiro". (I did a quick translation on Google Translate, if you're a native speaker of said language and what is written there is wrong, please give a hint so I can fix.)

That's right! Lots of names so you don't need to worry about them repeating so soon!
