描述
This is a light that is attached to your shoulder. Also known as a flashlight, dive light or a torch, this light keeps your hands free to perform other tasks while you swim or shoot or plant explosives. Currently, this is clientside only. Lights will not be visible on other units in multiplayer environments.

Features:
  • works on land and underwater
  • keeps your hands free to perform other tasks
  • 3x brightness levels (+ on and off)
  • white color for general tasks
  • red color to preserve night vision and navigation
  • blue color for tracking blood trails and map reading
  • green color for hunting (won't spook prey)
  • forward and back (up/down) adjustability
  • custom sounds
  • customizable controls via Configure Addons menu (CBA)
Usage:
  • Go into Controls Menu > Configure Addons
  • Select "Shoulder-Mounted Light" from dropdown menu
  • Customize controls to your taste or leave as default
  • Use these controls to activate the light in game
Dependencies:
CBA_A3

Bugs:
  • If you get into a vehicle, the light will stay outside of the vehicle until you turn it off and back on. Brightness adjustment won't work while in a vehicle at this time.
  • Turning on the light will activate the "weapon rest" opportunity thing.

Feint, I see there was a plan to implement hiding the physical light and also using the new features introduced in the last arma update. Is this still in progress or have you stopped work? Thanks.

I can try to implement a system for moving the light around, saving that location, hiding the physical flashlight as an option and then remembering those variables for the player. Not sure how well it will work in multiplayer, but for SP I think I can do it. I am running out of keys to use on the keyboard for all the options though. Haha. And I don't know how to use displays and interfaces.

Is there anyway to remove the torch's model/ move the light position cause I'm using some gears that already have flashlight mounted on the rigs.
