Different Mosin Scope

if you look at the scope ingame and look at something. you can see some sort of white stuff around the numbers and the scope lines. you need to update this and delete that shit

It's probably mostly known from MW3, but it is also a very common reticle option, I can't for the life of me remeber the name tho, I want to say it's an EBR-"something" reticle, it looks close to the S&B P4 as well tho lol.

I just looked up scope crosshairs until I found one that I liked.
