Lv2 3x4 high residential building

Model: 909 Tris; Texture resolutions 512²; Albedo, Alpha, Specularity, Illumination, Normal
LOD: 104 Tirs; Texture resolutions 128²


The model on Sketchfab is missing the official Cities: Skylines props but everything else is just like in-game/on the pics.

Also, my first building had too big textures, so I made them smaller this time.

It's a lv2 building?
It feels so luxury and modern and should be classed at least lv4 imo. (but of coz it's ur creation and ur decision :D)
