@LinLee a few of my assets that are years old have bugs now, ill fix them for CS2 :p

The urn that is missing is pretty small, you don't notice it's not there, and it has absolutely no effect on how the lot plays. Getting on for 2 years down the track since I downloaded it and this is still one of my essential lots. As are all the other inner city street buildings from Melbourne. It's great to be able to make a street that has commercial and CBD industry buildings together, just like in real life, AND you get a handy undertaker and a choice of pubs from which to watch the dearly departed being taken away,

This is such a great little asset. It fits in small niches and fills a need that the game overplays. Dead body disposal in this game is so wonky. As a joke I had to put this asset across the street from my skate park. The park kept throwing up the flashing skull & cross bones for ignored corpses. Poor skaterbois.
