The neon lights and dark underworld of Neo Seoul await.

If you have issues with performance, make sure that real-time reflections are off. Try turning draw distance to medium (small amounts of pop-in) or even near (some pop-in). Don't turn off particles, they only cost a small amount of fps and turning them off makes the blockers invisible. If none of that is enough, and you are not running on a toaster, please comment.

It took me so long to notice that you quoted Cloud Atlas. The reflections in the water are tremendous, it looks like mercury is pooling in the road.

Just pushed a major performance patch, expect between 25-50% more fps! Draw distance has been lowered somewhat, near has some pop-in, medium has a small amount, and far has almost no pop-in.
