This re-textures the Security team to have the new OCP camo AKA Scorpion W2 that the US Army is transitioning to.

Sleeves included.

OCP and OEF-CP are different camos. OEF-CP is Multicam. OCP is the official name for the government created camo that the US Army wears now. It's experimental title was Scorpion W2. It is not incorrect.

To the thousands of people who cannot understand why the skin doesn't work in multi. All default multi servers have a setting that disables skin mods. Stop asking mod developers over and over to fix a problem which they cannot solve.
