Meaningful Combat: for when you want combat to feel more meaningful.

A number of changes have been made to naval, air, and ground combat. Naval combat is no longer a destroyer massacre sending thousands of sailors to their graves. Nor should you experience the never ending naval battles as fleets sail in circles around each other off the coast of France. Air combat is similarly tamed, with massive plane dumps no longer being quite as viable a tactic. Finally the ground war has been altered to make organization a higher priority than pure brute force. Forget the space marine super divisions, long live the reasonable division sizes!
