描述
This mod makes the 'Piety' branch in 'Policies' available at start along with 'Tradition', 'Liberty' and 'Honor', enabling you to choose the religious path earlier and make use of that shrines reduced construction cost.


Features:
  • Adds the 'Piety' branch to the list of available policies in Ancient age
  • AI players will also have acces to that branch in Ancient Age

Notes:
  • Having a 4th policy branch unlocked in ancient era allows you to choose from a bigger pool of starting policies allowing different starting combos that now include the religious policies.
  • Suggested strategy for religious start using this mod: Build Monument / Research Pottery then Buy Piety / Build Shrine .

Compatibility:
  • Compatible with Vanilla Civilization 5
  • Compatible with Gods and Kings Expansion
  • Included in Brave New World Expansion

  • If you have a problem with a mod, the first step is always to test the mod alone before reporting any bugs.
  • All mods from all my collections are compatible together.
  • If you have troubles downloading the mod in game, it's a common cache issue, follow these steps to fix it:
    1) Unsubscribe The mod, exit steam and civ 5 completly
    2) empty your mod folder : C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS
    3) Delete the 'Civ5ModsDatabase.db' file located at: C:\Documents and Settings\[YOUR USERNAME]\My documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache
    4) Restart steam, subscribe, restart civ 5.

Its not obsolete since many people didnt buy BNW, some are still only running G&K!

When BNW got out i updated every mod for BNW while trying to stay compatible with G&K :)

Oh, sorry, never read that part... must have just been skimming XD lol but it does suck that they made this obsolete & it's cool that they implemented it! I have the rest of the religion mods, though, because they seem pretty good :) haven't tried them yet, though...

That is stated in the mod description. This mod was there way before BNW, maybe they think it was a good idea after all :)

You should mention in the description that this mod is not necessary for Brave New World, as this expansion includes "Early Piety" by default. Also, the second tree is called "Liberty", not "Freedom".

Sorry read the Obselete Beliefs ++ as a pack with all four mods that was done being updated
