This is badass vanilla rocket system, called "BadRock" (Built without mods)

I used a trick with moving a block to 0.125, so don't say that it's not vanilla :D

@Dr Robotnik Skins are simply texture packs. If it bothers you, you can toggle it off as it does not REQUIRE the texture pack to run. Vanilla in general for besiege would refer to building a machine without an editor, so this meets the requirements.
