描述

Are you a football fanatic? Are you a FIFA-Fanboy? Do you think Rocket League is for nerds?
Calcio-Chivball is the answer for those that want to play football at the same time as shouting archaic insults at their opponents and teammates.

Featuring barely-held-together mechanics that will threaten to break your immersion and a penalty system that will punish the most honorable of players, Calcio-Chivball is the kind of map that only occurs at the end of a games lifespan.

For Players

To Kick the ball, press 'use' (E by default)*
Combat by default is forbidden so expect to explode if you decide to punch on
To change time of day, press Pagedown

*Kicking the ball temporarily voids its collision, so the ball will travel through the feet of anyone close by

For Admins:

ScoreLimit3 - Sets the winning score limit to 3*
ScoreLimit5 - See above*
ScoreLimit7 - See above*
ScoreLimit9 - See above*
ForceStart - Forces the game to start the 30 second practise countdown regardless of players on each team
Startgame - Reduces the practise time countdown to 3
ForceReset - Resets players and ball to start of the round - useful if player/ball escapes the arena
Balltimer - Enables/Disables ball no touch timer (default 15+10 seconds)
Weapons - Players will restart the round with a random weapon & combat will be enabled
Combat - Disabled combat penalty and allows combat
Penalty Kill - Sets the combat penalty at kills only (punches, kicks, attacks etc allowed)
Penalty Punch - Sets the combat penalty at punches and above
Penalty Kick - Sets the combat penalty at kicks and above
Fireball - Enables / Disables Fireball mode. Touching / kicking the ball will set the player on fire.
RandomWeapon - Issues a random weapon to all players and enables combat

* Make sure to set score limit during the practise time in the beginning or else the game may break

I know it's old, but does anyone know if this map is still usable? When hosting it on dedicated server, the map loads but there is no way to either choose a class or even press ESC for menu. Did some game/map update broke it so it's not working?

Ill have to take a look but from memory, kills were only awarded on fouls. It was a way that i had planned to give player medals at the end of the game for most goals, most fouls etc.

Hi Shifty, I love this map!!! One question: It seems like the kill count (when combat and weapons is enabeld) doesn´t work for all players. Sometimes you kill 10 players and still have only 1 or 2 on the scoreboard. Is this a bug?

Ill take a look at the console commands, but in the meantime, make sure you are:
* logged in as administrator
* typing ce before any command

As for performance, you are the only person so far to mention this. The map was tested with a 970 + 144Hz monitor and held a steady 120fps so im not sure what the go is there.

SADLY, there is horrible FPS and aliasing issues. my GTX980 which normally gets 120 FPS can only manage 78 FPS on your map. I could also never get the game to start or any of the commands that you listed to work. did I miss a syntax in console or is this preset in the maps config file? Can you not make these changes on the fly?
