Spawn Protect [ENG]

Protecting players from the spawn points of attack, until the departure of players from its radius. It works on any maps.

Settings:
spawn_protect_enabled - Spawn Protect is active (Default: 1)
spawn_protect_radius - Radius, which is not possible from the spawn fire and die. (Default: 120)
spawn_protect_setspawn - Allow players to put points spawn (Default: 1)
spawn_protect_setsp_recoil - How long should I wait between shifts spawn points in seconds (Default: 60)
spawn_protect_block - Disable Blocking of props in spawn? (Default: 1)
sp_anti_back_spawn - Enable protection from running out of spawn, shot and back to spawn, for protection? (Default: 1)
sp_render_spawns - Enable spawn depiction for players? (Default: 1)

Commands in console:
setallspawn [range] - set the spawn point for all players (only for administrators)
unsetallspawn - remove the spawn point for all players (only for administrators)
setspawn - set the spawn point for yourself
unsetspawn - remove the spawn point for yourself

Teams in the chat:
!setallspawn [range] - set the spawn point for all players (only for administrators)
!unsetallspawn - remove the spawn point for all players (only for administrators)
!setspawn - set the spawn point for yourself
!unsetspawn - remove the spawn point for yourself

Events (hooks):
SpawnProtectAttackPlyInSpawn (Player ply) - Fires when attacking a player who spawn.
SpawnProtectTakingDamage (Player ply) - triggered by receiving damage, while at the spawn.
