How do you activate this skin? Read the Description!!

Can you make... If you want me to make a skin, lightbar, photon lighting, etc please keep in mind that due to many requests I will only accept if you are willing to pay 5-20 USD (depending on how many hours I work on it.)

What mods are required for... First, look in the required mods section before commenting.

it is just a skin but it only works on a photon car so it's a little confusing
