Known issues

1. Can't join any team
FIx #1: Unsubscribe and subscribe map again (thanks Wolf)
Fix #2: Type "mp_humanteam any" and "mp_autoteambalance 0" in console

2. When I join T, game is paused
Fix #1: Type "mp_unpause_match" in console
Fix #2: Restart the game
