Let your players pick between build or PvP mode!
Build mode gives your players god mode and noclip whereas PvP removes them.

- Menu opens on player spawn
- 10 second cooldown between switching
- !build and !pvp chat commands
- No setup required! (sv_godmode must be 0)
- Takes the player out of noclip when they switch to PvP mode
- Minimal performance impact
