A configurable mod that automatically deletes unnecessary objects to improve the simulation speed on a dedicated server.

The following deletions are performed:
1. Deletion of floating objects with no players within 100 m every 7 minutes.
2. Deletion of unowned grids with fewer than 50 blocks with no players within 500 m every 9 minutes.
3. Deletion of damaged grids with fewer than 5 blocks and no players within 500 m every 10 minutes.
4. Deletion of respawn ships with offline owners and no other players within 1000 m every 11 minutes. If the owner of a respawn ship is online, a warning is displayed. The respawn ships are detected by their names ("Atmospheric Lander mk.1", "RespawnShip", "RespawnShip2").
5. Deletion of unrenamed grids with offline owners and no other players within 1000 m every 13 minutes. If an owner of an unrenamed ship is online, a warning is displayed. Grids that have an antenna or a beacon are excluded from this rule. Players can be excluded from this rule by listing their in-game names in a text file. By default, all players are only warned and no actual deletion is performed by this rule.

Each deletion rule can be separately enabled/disabled and customized. At the moment, the configuration file is read during the mod's initialization and applying the changes requires restarting the dedicated server. No in-game commands are available yet.

Additionally, this mod also provides these functions:
* Sending of chat or popup (mission screen) messages from outside the game, from text files.
* Announcement of new grids to admin users (can be used to see if cargo ships are spawning).

The mod so far only supports cleaning dedicated servers and will not function in other modes. It has been tested for a while on my DS, but just in case, make a save back-up before enabling it for the first time.
