Novus Sovereignty

This mod is a custom species I created wtih custom start screen and custom starting system. The species was designed to fit into the game's lore of ark ships and what if one other ark ship survived its jounrey?

Instead of developing into the militaristic society of the Commonwealth this colony developed into a society dedicated to peace and embracing the unknown. The game should reocognize the Novus Sovereignty as having the human species so that if you run across Earth or Denab you will be one of three human stellar empires.

I have no idea about compatability, anything that uses HUM5 as a name list would conflict, otherwise it should play nice with other mods. This was mostly for my own enjoyment but if others can derive pleasure from this small work, hurray!
