Well, this took longer than expected...
Agent 3 has finally gotten a redesign! Textures have been updated! Eye tracking added! Resized to appropriately look more Squid! Or kid! Glowing textures! Shiny textures!

That being said, the hair RNG has been removed. Bile textures on RNG materials would make the texture go completely black.

Is there any inkling boy survivor mod replacing Francis? I can't seem to find even one

I think there is something wrong with the mods shoes. When I use a first aid kit, the legs and the shoes does not align right.

if my shader isnt is high settings his suit turns grey and is very ugly pls fix.

I can't. This is the Splatoon 1 original Inkling model, which has no facial animations. In both Splatoon games, they used different mouth models as bodygroups, which is incompatible with Source Engine facial animations.
