Added Vehicle effects!

DON'T use unless you have a well built rail network! This will clog up your rails if you don't!
-By-passes the trailer limit in the editor. You have been warned.
-Spacer Cars and DPU

-train will overhang at cargo terminal/hub, I suggest you extend a buffer rail so it doesn't just sit there floating or clipping through a neighborhood. Or make the terminal on low terrain so trains will be hidden.

Unfortunately, the game spawns trains on a frequency rather than if its fully loaded. (as far as I know)

Does this long train have larger capacity than the default freight train? Or the cargo capacity is the same as default freight train? Whenever I want to use long trains game is mad and spam them a lot. Game rather sends 10 trains with 10% than one with 100% like it is done in real life with the help of very long trains :D
