This is a Thatched Dutch Barn made by Ploefke. This type of farm was common in the North and the east in the Netherlands. I made it to combine with a house I've uploaded earlier.

I made the asset darker, fixed the illumination map and the normal map, and assigned the right props. Please unsub the old one.
