Golden Safehouse Doors

Safety, at last. Such a sense of relief, the feeling is almost... Golden?
Retextures the Safehouse doors to be a reflective golden.

If your Shader settings are set to Low, the game does not display gloss or reflections, and the doors will not shine.


Known issues:
- The golden areas may shine very bright yellow if positioned somewhere with bright lights on them. (Eg: The flood lights pointed at the end Safehouse on Dead Centre: Map 2 'Streets')
- The golden areas 'glow' in the dark a little.
- The normal metal areas may appear darker than usual.

These issues are caused by how reflections work in L4D2, as well as trying to get reflective gold / dull non-gold to work on a single texture at the same time. These problems are also found on golden weapons and props. I don't believe I can solve this.
